You may return all or any part of your internet purchase.

        The jewelry must be returned in original condition-unworn and undamaged-for a refund to be issued. 

        Return shipping charges, original postage fees, and exchange postage fees can not be refunded.

        Returns will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

What To Do

  • Within 14 days of your receipt of jewelry, complete a Return Authorization Request.
  • Hit the "Submit" button on the Return Authorization Request form.  barbaracieslicki.com will then e-mail you a Return Authorization #.
  • Within 14 days of receipt of Return Authorization # from barbaracieslicki.com, use the United States Postal Service to return the jewelry to Barbara Cieslicki Jewelry, P.O. Box 261, Plainfield, NH  03781.  If you do not use the United States Postal Service to return your jewelry, it will be returned to you as undeliverable.

Please be aware that a refund for jewelry returned more than 14 days after the date of issuance of the Return Authorization # can not be issued.  The sale will be considered a final, non-returnable sale. 

Keep the return carrier's proof of delivery to Barbara Cieslicki Jewelry.  Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned the item. 

It will take up to 14 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.  If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, contact your credit card company.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@barbaracieslicki.com.

If you wish to exchange the returned item for a different item, please place a new order for the item you would like.  It will be processed as a separate transaction.
