How should I care for my Barbara Cieslicki Jewelry?
Our jewelry is made by hand and should be treated with the care you afford your other fine jewelry. Do not expose your jewelry to salt or fresh water; excessive heat, light, moisture, or perspiration; cleaning agents or other chemicals; or ultrasonic cleaners.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each piece of jewelry is shipped in a barbaracieslicki.com gift box with a business card.
What is your repair policy?
We do repair jewelry purchased through barbaracieslicki.com. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org describing the repair needed. We will e-mail you with the cost of the repair after the item is returned and the cost of the repair is determined. If damage to the jewelry is extensive enough to require replacement rather than repair, replacement of the item at your cost is available.
What is the shipping charge?
barbaracieslicki.com charges a flat fee of $3.95 for all orders under $150. Orders $150 and over are shipped FREE.
How will my order be shipped?
We use the US Postal Service to ship each order. It is important that you specify a mailing address to which the US Postal Service delivers when you place your order.
How can I track my order?
We send an e-mail notification the day your order is shipped that confirms shipment and contains a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times. Please be advised that, depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check you SPAM or Junk mail inbox.
